This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and AdoptMe Israel (“Licensor,” “we,” or “us”) for the use of our software and services (“Software”). By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, AdoptMe Israel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal or internal business purposes in connection with the services provided by AdoptMe Israel.
You agree not to:
1. Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Softwar.
2. Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Software.
3. Use the Software in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
4. Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices from the Software.Use the Software for any illegal activities or in violation of any applicable laws.
The Software is licensed, not sold. AdoptMe Israel retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest in the Software.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from us if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdoptMe Israel disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AdoptMe Israel be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if AdoptMe Israel has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
AdoptMe Israel may modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised terms on our website or by providing you with written notice. Your continued use of the Software following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and AdoptMe Israel concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
